National Coach wanted
for Bermuda Squash Racquets Association |

The Bermuda Squash Racquets Association ("BSRA")
wishes to recruit a National Coach, whose main responsibility will be coaching
the Bermuda junior and adult national teams, as well as squash players of all
ages and level of ability.
The National Coach's duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Training national junior and senior
representative teams;
- Organization of national junior and senior
representative teams including
management, fundraising, selection and coaching;
- Providing structured coaching to players of
all ages and standards in groups
and individually;
- Deputizing for the Manager and the Director
of Squash from time to time;
- Assisting with BSRA administration duties;
- Assisting with the organization of squash
tournaments;
- Developing coaching and officiating skills of
the BSRA members.
The successful applicant will be a certified squash coach (preferably SRA
level III) with a successful record of coaching junior and adult players. As
the majority of the members work during the day, a willingness to work most
weekday evenings and weekends is essential.
Remuneration will be by way of a retainer (amount dependant on experience) and
coaching fees and will depend ultimately on the coach's efforts.
