XVII PAN AMERICAN SQUASH CHAMPIONSHIPS - CUENCA - ECUADOR
1. Nomination
– If you are entering players in this tournament, please nominate by e-mail
one suitably qualified referee as a member of your delegation. The
nomination should be sent to
parmaroberto@hotmail.com
not later than May 1st.

Key Dates - The referees are expected to arrive on the
29th of May and depart on the 8th of June.
They will officiate matches from the 31st of May to 7th
of June with no days off.
3. Hotel -
Each referee will be furnished free hotel accommodations. The room
will be a triple bed. Hotel Pinar del Lago.
4. Meals -
The hotel will provide free breakfast. The tournament will provide
meal support.
5. Local
Transport - There will be free transport to and from the airport.
There will be free transport between the hotel and the playing venues.
6. Airfare
- The tournament will pay nothing toward airfare.
7.
Uniform - The tournament will provide uniform shirts. For
refereeing, long shorts (Bermuda style), pants or skirts should be worn.
8. Extra
Referees – National associations may nominate extra referees if they
wish. If selected by the Tournament Referee to participate, extra referees
will receive meal support and airport and local transport and
uniforms. They will not receive airfare reimbursement.
9. Referee
Notification – All of the referees will be notified of their selection or
non-selection through their national associations by May 5th.
10. Banquet -
The referees are invited to the tournament banquet on (to be determined).
