TORONTO - The doubles squash season starts on
Ontario with the very popular Convenor's Cup event hosted by The Granite Club
in Toronto. It is a long standing mixed doubles touranment that attracts some
of the best players in the area. The Granite Club's two doubles courts stand
side by side and refreshments close at hand, it's easy to sit back and watch
great matches all weekend. Nineteen teams entered, and in the end, Stephanie
and James Hewitt, reigning Canadian Mixed Champions, beat Seanna Keating and
Eric Baldwin to win their 3rd consecutive Convenor's Cup final. Roving
reporter Chris Pentleton captured the match on video and we invite you to sit
back and enjoy. If you've not seen doubles before, this match will give you a
good sense of the game and the pace at which it can be played.
